Robert T. Carollo, Jr. – Rising Stars in Civil Litigation Defense
Robert T. Carollo, Jr. joined the litigation team of Kirk, Huth, Lange & Badalamenti, PLC in the summer of 2012. Over the course of his career, his practice has expanded to encompass many of the firm’s specialties, including, commercial litigation, municipal litigation and civil rights liability defense, labor and employment litigation, and nearly every facet of firm’s practice areas.
Ryan Fantuzzi – Rising Stars in Employment and Labor
Ryan J. L. Fantuzzi proudly represents employers in both the private and public sector. Ryan represents private job creators, public schools, as well as cities, townships, road commissions, and other forms of local government. He frequently defends employers in arbitration against unions and negotiates collective bargaining agreements. He litigates cases in state and federal courts.
