Victoria L. Padula is an Associate Attorney at Kirk Huth, Lange & Badalamenti, PLC. She graduated from Mercy High School in Farmington Hills before attending Michigan State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a French Minor. In 2021, Victoria received her Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy. While in law school, she held Senior Membership on the Moot Court Board of Advocates, participated in the Patrick A. Keenan Appellate Advocacy Tournament wherein she earned the Best Brief Award. Additionally, she was selected to represent the Law School in the William E. McGee National Civil Rights Moot Court Competition in 2021. She was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship for Excellence all three years and received two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for obtaining the highest grades in her studies of Counseling and Negotiations and French Law. 

Ms. Padula joined the firm following her graduation in May 2021 and was offered an associate attorney position upon passing the Michigan Bar Examination. Prior to joining the KHLB Team, Ms. Padula held a Senior Clerkship position in the State Attorney General’s Office Criminal Division assisting in the prosecution of high-profile cases. 

Her practice includes all aspects of Civil, Municipal, Insurance and Commercial Litigation in State and Federal, Trial and Appellate Courts. Her practice areas focus on Business Litigation; Municipal Law including Land Use, Civil Rights Defense, Employment Litigation Defense and Contract Enforcement, and she contributes key insight and counsel to the firm’s municipal clients; and, Civil Litigation including Marijuana Law and Compliance, Auto Negligence, Premises Liability, Libel/Slander, Breach of Contract, Fraud Cases. Ms. Padula also represents clients in Estate Planning, Real Estate and Transactions, Shareholder Disputes, and Business Formation and Dissolution.

Ms. Padula is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, an active member of the Oakland County Bar Association, Macomb County Bar Association, Women Lawyers Association of Michigan and has been admitted to practice in the United Sates District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. 

Ms. Padula lives in Detroit, Michigan where she enjoys spending her spare time attending Detroit sporting events, playing Competitive Indoor and Sand Volleyball, spending quality time with loved ones, running and riding her bike down the infamous Detroit Riverwalk and volunteering with the Impact 100 Macomb County Non-Profit Organization.
